Please call Ann
Marie Dutra at 603-471-4229 if you are interested
in presenting your company at Gartner Tech Investor Summit.
Presenter Requirements:
To ensure consistency, credibility,
and relevance across all presentations,
Gartner Tech Investor Summit requests that all presenting
companies frame their presentations
in one of the following four
ways.
Magic
Quadrant Shows
vendor performance in relation
to each other, and gauges where
the overall market is going.
Discussion Framework: Address
your vision and ability to execute
for the specific market. Have
a perspective for what is generally
required to be successful and
what are the most important factors
to watch going forward that either
will entrench current positions
or cause company relationships
to change.
Hype Cycle Provides
a snapshot of the position
of a set of technologies in
the cycle of hype and disillusionment
that accompanies a technology’s
path to maturity.
Discussion Framework: Describe how the particular
technology that you are developing, selling, and/or commercializing fit within
one of Gartner's Hype Cycles.
Vendor Rating Provides
a clear and concise indication
of a company's overall status
in the context of the key initiatives
that matter most to its customers;
specifically, with respect to
the status of its strategy,
organization, products, technology,
marketing financials and support.
Discussion Framework: Describe
how your company is striving to achieve top marks for (1) products/services and
technology leadership;
(2) sales/distribution channel
and customer support; and (3) corporate viability as gauged by financials, strategy,
and organizational structure.<
Gartner
Interview
Presenting
companies may choose a presentation
format featuring an interview
with a Gartner analyst or
analysts specializing in the
relevant technology sector.
These represent the discussion framework guidelines used by
Gartner analysts when creating a Magic Quadrant, Hype Cycle or Vendor Rating. Gartner uses these tools
to convey opinions, or to lend perspective to a technology or
industry.
To meet investor expectations,
we request that presentations
be delivered by a member of senior management. Presenting companies
may not hold or attend investor
events - on their own or sponsored
by a brokerage firm - for a period
of 24 hours prior and 24 hours
after their presentation at Tech
Investor Summit.
Additionally, all presenting
companies should plan on being available
for a minimum of 10 one-on-one
meetings with investors at Tech Investor Summit on the day of
their presentation.
